It is our great pleasure to invite you to the "6th Taipei Corporate Governance Forum", which will be held on 12-13 November 2009 at the Taipei International Convention Center. The Forum this year will focus on "New Trends of Corporate Social Responsibility in a Globalized Economy" and "Building a Better Compensation System for Directors and Senior Executives".

Additionally, since we have invited many distinguished speakers and guests, we are planning separate Roundtables to look into the issues of "Challenges Facing the Regulator from the International Listing of Companies" and "Supervision of the Over-the-Counter Derivatives Market", in the afternoon. If you are going to be in town for the Corporate Governance Forum, please consider taking part in the Roundtables as well. After the Roundtable, there will be a chance to visit Taiwan Stock Exchange or other securities institutions so that you may learn more about Taiwan's capital market.

We have also arranged a half-day city tour scheduled on 13 November for committee members to enjoy the cultural and tourist attractions of our capital Taipei. Participation in the Forum and its events is free but attendees will incur the cost of their own airfare and hotel.

For more information, please find the registration form, information on the Forum venue, and suggestions for accommodation on this website: http://www.taicgof.org.tw. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact our Secretariat: Mr. Edward Chen, Education Center, Securities and Futures Institute (SFI), Tel: 886-2-2357-5107, Fax: 886-2-2392-7488, E-mail: edward@sfi.org.tw.

Sincerely yours,
